It is in Very Good condition. Light fading to the spine, some shelf wear, and bumped corners. Interior with scattered pencil annotations in places, otherwise the pages remain mostly clean. Signed and inscribed by the author on the half title: “Canterbury Sands, from his old friend, the author. June 11th 1912. Oxford.” The name David John Evans is written on the title page in a different ink and hand, likely as an ownership inscription. Very Good. Item #15
