All items are offered subject to prior sale. All books are guaranteed to be authentic and as described. Descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, and any notable defects or restorations are clearly stated.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Orders are shipped promptly and securely, with appropriate packaging for rare and antiquarian material. Shipping methods and insurance will be determined based on the value and nature of the item. Tracking will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Books may be returned only if they are materially misdescribed. All items are described as accurately as possible, and buyers are encouraged to review all descriptions and images carefully prior to purchase.

If an item is found to be materially misdescribed, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to initiating any return.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and shipped fully insured. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued, including original shipping costs.
