[8×5.5in]. 65 pp. [English] Good.

First edition of P. D. Ouspensky's early work on the symbolism and philosophy of the Tarot, translated into English by A. L. Pogossky and published in St. Petersburg in 1913. The book explores the twenty-two Major Arcana and their connections to occult philosophy, spiritual development, and the mysteries of human existence, offering written interpretations of each card's deeper symbolic meanings rather than focusing on fortune-telling.

Bound in original printed paper wrappers, with lettering in red and black and an illustration of the High Priestess Tarot card on the front cover. The spine has been reinforced with brown binding cloth, apparently an earlier repair to strengthen the original binding.

In Good condition, with light smudging, staining, and general wear to the original wrappers. The leaves containing pages 7 through 10 are loose and tucked into their original position. Internally toned throughout.
