The work documents her personal life, marriages, and place within eighteenth-century British aristocratic society, with brief political context relating to the years 1760–1763.

Bound in light green cloth with gilt borders to the front boards, ivory lettering and decoration, and gilt titles to the spines. Deckle edges. Illustrated with photogravure portraits.

It is in Very Good condition with moderate shelf wear, staining and fading to the spines, bumped corners, slight toning to the pages, and light foxing to the first and last few pages. Volume II contains previous owner inscriptions. Very Good. Item #46
